1. Is it possible to cancel my order?

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of receipt of the parcel and receive a refund. You are not bound to indicate the reason(s) why you wish to cancel the order and return the products. For more information, please read the terms of agreement of Vlisco.com.

2. How can I return my order?

In case your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return the article(s) within 14 (fourteen) days. The product(s) should be returned unused, undamaged and complete with all labels in the original packaging.

Before sending your return package, please contact service@vlisco.com. Make sure you write down in your e-mail:
- Order number / order number which refers to the article ordered
- Which articles you intend to return
- The reason why you return the article

In case the article is wrong or damaged, please send an e-mail containing the following information to service@vlisco.com:
- Order number / order number which refers to the article ordered
- A picture of the product clearly showing the label with bar code
- A picture of the damage

You will receive a confirmation e-mail from Vlisco.com including a return number and return address required to return the package.

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an e-mail as confirmation of the return. Your money will be credited via your original method of payment. Vlisco.com will reimburse the amount in question as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days after receipt of the returned goods.

If you have paid any duties for this order, please contact your local customs for repayment.

3. Can I exchange items?

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product, we recommend that you place a new order on www.vlisco.com/shop.
